Housing market has not only shown immunity to it but also has started surpassing the levels prior to the pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>If we compare the figures of buyer showings last year to the present times, there is a 61.9% increase as announced by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.showingtime.com\/\">ShowingTime<\/a> (it\u2019s the leading showing management website for real estate industry). Contrary to the norm of the industry, this year the real estate activities have reached the high point instead of slowing in the late summer months of July, August and September.<\/p>\n<p>Now there is a challenge of lack of enough homes for sale to meet the buyers\u2019 demand. Since March, the number of homes listed for sale are almost as less as 400,000 when compared to last year\u2019s stats. This has left a big gap in the United States housing inventory.<br \/>\nThere is a dramatic dip in the inventory of homes for sale currently. Despite of the increased construction by the home builders the demand is too high to be kept up with.<br \/>\nAll these factors boil down to one thing for sellers. They must not wait to put their homes for sale in the market. They are in a strong position to negotiate the best deals due to limited supply and high demand. When the pandemic would be over, many more properties would be listed for sale.
